Handmade Soap Cutter (Cold Process)

This is a rough draft of a soap cutter that my dad made me... It's not perfect looking but it works really nice... I love it... It cuts every bar 1 1/8"... It cuts straight so that's all that matters when you're making soap! lol... It only cost about $25 to make also so it was a great deal! I think the reason they charge so much for these is the labor that goes into making them... It's pretty intense to get everything to line up exactly...

It looks fine, it's wood. What a nice thing your father did for you. I am going to watch as many tutorials as I can and gather information on the net and do it myself. Well I hope to get a little help from the guys at Lowes or where ever I decide to buy my materials.

Nice! Way to go dad! Your dad saved you a couple hundred dollars so you make sure that you are extra nice to him and get him a huge father's day gift. That was really sweet of him.

i been lookinf for a wire soap cuttter they are very expensive your dad needs to make them and sell them in ebay ...He would make some money that just as good as the others i looked at..
