This vid was made to go along with my "Name of Science: Messiah Strand" fic (although there's a hint of the beginning of "Kings of Men" also, but clearly not much seeing as Jesse never appears in the vid and yet has the second lead role in KoM). The color coding really only makes sense to me, and yes, I did expand the song a bit (and I needed like another two and a half minutes even after that, but I forced myself to just leave those clips out). Oh, and I've now got the proud title of "Queen of Out-of-Context." Woohoo!

I got tired of checking my comments for vids on somebody else's posts, so I'm uploading them all here myself. Please leave feedback here instead so that I'll see it. Oh, and please also let me know if you come across any of my other vids. I'm not upset about people taking my vids and posting them places, but at least let me know about it, okay? People are leaving messages for me on these other posts, and I'm not seeing them. A girl wants to be able to see her own feedback. That's all I'm asking.

Well, I certainly can't recall all the eps I used! Was there a specific scene you had in mind? But in general, I think I used "Lazarus Syndrome" the most (or at least I think that's the name of the episode).

And I'm always glad to get comments, whenever they are given. I still get the occasional e-mail begging me for the other two parts of the fic, and I'm torn between being happy people still care and feeling completely guilty for not having finished writing them.

Well, it seemed inevitable in the pilot that they would, but then the writers just forgot all about that, and nope, they didn't. You've gotta read fic for that.

I agree with that. With B/E I saw a connection, a friendship that culd have developed into something greater.

With B/S I just saw them putting the hot guy with the hot blonde, screw the fact that there was another better potencial relationship they were ignoring.

Even though I'm not really into the B/E thing, this is one of the best (if not THE best) composed Mutant X vids I've seen. I love the way you've manipulated the clips. Really excellent, well done.

I have to come back and watch it every now and again its that good. I so wish you wrote the sequel or found someone to write it. (hint hint maybe) Even though I know you aren't going to continue writing a sequel I can still hope. I might have figured out the color thing, maybe it has to do with past, present, future and who is feeling what from who, if that makes sense, even though its from Emma's point of view I think a lot of the feelings are Brennan to so...The vid even hints at the sequel!

these two were shown from thebeginning as having perhaps the strongest bond and like a "destined" connection; very instinctual. too bad emma died - she was one of the most complex and best characters. love this vid! 5 stars and faved

Well, nice vid, but as for me, I've never seen them together, like a couple I mean. Brennan doesn't fit her at all. Shalimar is a perfect match for him. And I always wanted Emma to be with Adam! They both are clever and gentle. I like them the most, and when they were gone in season 3 (well, Emma was for sure), it wasn't that interesting anymore=)

so i saw this awhile ago but i felt i had to comment, in the beginning of the show everyone treats it like emma and brennan knew each other! as in for longer than an hour!! after 2 meetings she can find him like that ( something she had only been able to do with her parents before)!! they were meant for each other and there is no other way about it!! thank you for letting me rant, good day.

BRENNAN & EMMA has this excellent on-screen chemistry.. they should've been together.. was bit disappointed when Brennan ended up with Shal.. BRENNAN & EMMA were the ones who saw first at ep.1 and twas lke LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT for both of them.. with Brennan & Shal 2gether, it just not accptable 2 d fans, u know? or rather nothing just happened bet. d group. no relationships cause they're like brothers and sisters in the first place.
