Jack opens with a very funny and typically witty monologue. During the monologue he is heckled by audience member, Franque Finque (Mel Blanc), who goes on to cause a real "stinque."

Next is a warm welcome to Peggy King who unexpectedly becomes a little irritating to Jack. King sings "Where Love Walks Out, Brother" and delivers a fantastic performance.

Then it's time for Art Linkletter. Art does some interviews with children and then launches into a great skit with some surprise participants.

  • @hwy61media You have no idea that Jack Benny is my role model and not only that I want to go to Rancho Cucamonga, CA‎ and take a picture of his statue in some stadium! Even Conan O Brien love Jack Benny and he even mention him on T.V.! How cool is that?!

  • Always a class act....The Great Jack Benny

  • LMAO, o bloody heck!!!!!:) Hahahah, am cracking up, and the last reminds me of someone want to say the guy in Stephen Kings Novel, The Shining! Scatman! Right or wrong! hmmmm, hillarious either way! :)

  • LMAO, o bloody heck!!!!!:)

  • The closing theme, "J&M Stomp" (by Mahlon Merrick), was used primarily on his filmed episodes from 1954 through '64, 'Carl'. Hilliard "Hickey" Marks was also Jack's radio producer during the last decade of that series. By 1960, he decided to turn his producer's chair over to someone else, and limit himself to contributing occasional comedy material while pursuing a second career in real estate...

  • i laguh so hard..

    love clean comedy...

  • HA Ha- love the smoke ad! ....they could be more aptly named Likely Strife!

  • Great video. Jack had several different theme songs. This is the best one. In the closing credits there appears as Producer, Hilliard Marks. That was Jack's brother-in-law, as wife Mary's real name was Sadie Marks. Also nice to see a mention of Private Secretary. I'm also a big Ann Sothern fan.
