Gio's Balanced Fitness, Naperville, IL- I did biceps and back: 6 sets of 8- 65 lbs x 2, 75 lbs x 3, 85 lbs x 2; then 100 combo pull ups (50 overhand-regular/butterfly/kipping/50 underhand). *I really did 5 extra do to miscounting but it makes up for the sloppy ones. Day 7 of 100
