To keep the heat constant throughout the process, the Millenium coffee maker features a large 3 litre water tank and a 1.4 litre boiler. The Millenium's heat exchanger allows you to use the steam spout and make espresso at the same time. Furthermore, the Millenium also features a E-61 group head which maintains consistent and stable temperature.

What is more, Millennium has its own tap for boiling water. This is a professional coffee machine with an enormous capacity.

Although the Cooling flush is essential to producing a great shot of coffee with a heat exchanger machine we try to keep things simple on our youtube video's! But yes we would recommend doing a cooling flush before brewing your coffee to ensure that your coffee is extracted at the optimum temperature!

There is something about coffee in glass(not shot glasses though) that turns me off. Not elegant enough for me.

I bought an Isomac Millenium last week and it doesn't have 'cool touch' wands.. Feel a bit cheated!!

The machine is absolutely incredible though :-)
