I'm not fond of his professional career, but liver cancer is HORRIBLE. Perhaps he'll have a "come to Jesus" moment and will spill the beans on his time in the criminal Bush admin?

Interesting, she has a point: Why not a transcript? If its all legit anyway, why not record the precedings.  However, the American people can also draw their own conclusions if the Bush administration is providing all the facts but the transcript seems easier. Interesting. By the way, Tony Snow was a class act and all this hate-mongering is shameful and reflects very negatively on the poster. No one deserves to go through what he went through, regardless of poligical opinion.

because then there's a transcript and when things are written on paper, and words can't defend themselves. ppl can interpet whats written any way they want. pretty much what they said in the interview. this comes from the famous philospher Socrates, he believe that things written down are stagnate.

@Brytize1982 you can't have presidential advisors testifying under oath as to what advice they gave the president otherwise you would influence future advisors to the presidents from giving their own, personal, CANDID views & advice on any given topic for fear it could be used against them in a political witch hunt

if the prez advisors can't have total confidence that what they talk to the prez about is strictly between them, they will only be politically correct instead of honest
