Sarah- Thanks so much for responding! After doing more research, I figured out that you are on a different Bernstein diet than the one I'm looking into. I was looking into Dr Richard Bernstein for type 1 diabetcs.

I don't understand what the injections are for? I thought his diet was mostly about eating different foods?
haha- menstrual cycle? I gain like 10 lbs every month and then it drops off right after.
How much did it cost? I heard most insurance companies won't cover his visits?

@AuthorForSale The injections are B12, which is supposed to like, boost your energy levels since you basically get none from the little amount of food they let you eat. Even with the injections I was tired a lot of the time.
It cost like $500ish a month (waaay too much). And no, it's nooot covered because it's not a required doctor visit. I really don't recommend this diet if you're looking into it. I've lost more weight eating healthy on my own for free than going there!

Don worry for that pound! I'm sure it's only water. You body is in panic because of all that lost weight so he only try to keep water so you stay healty. DOn't worry to much about the scale, but check yourself in your favorite clothing (you'll see a better difference) ^.^
