This Is Mizhakwaad(Clear Sky), a Thunderbird or healing drum and is cared for by Muckade Makwaa of Redby, Mn., Red Lake Nation. We All know him as Ron Kingbird. This drum has a very interesting history. It was once sruck by lightening at the powwow in Thunder bay, Ont.. The song is as old as the hills.
