I'm Ready by Paul Rodgers with Brian May on guitar. Released on the album 'Muddy Water Blues' in 1993. Written by W. Dixon.
Lyrics:
I am ready - ready as anybody can be
I am ready - ready as anybody can be
I am ready for you
I hope you're ready for me
I got an excellent pistol
And a graveyard friend
I chose two stone books
Wearing balls and chains
I'm drinking T.N.T
I'm smoking dynamite
I hope some screwball
Starts a fight
Because I'm ready - ready as anybody can be
I am ready for you
I hope you're ready for me
Oh, you pretty little chick
Sweet with your curly hair
I know you feel
Like I ain't nowhere
But stop what you're doing
Baby come over here
I'll prove to you baby
That I ain't no square
Because I'm ready - ready as anybody can be
I am ready for you
I hope you're ready for me
I've been drinking gin
Like never before
I feel so good
I want you to know
One more drink
I wish you would
It takes a whole lot of loving
To make me feel good
Because I'm ready - ready as anybody can be
I am ready for you
I hope you're ready for me
Ooooh, give it me now
I've been drinking gin
Like never before
Feel so good
And I want you to know
One more drink
I wish you would
It takes a whole lot of loving
To make me feel good
Because I'm ready - ready as anybody can be
Oh, I'm ready for you
I hope you're ready for me
Yeah, yeah, yeah
I'm ready for you
I hope you're ready for me
Yeah

@HAPPYTHELEAF actually after double checking the writing credit is given to Willie Dixon by the poster of the video and by various online lyrics sites when I googled it, I know this entire Paul Rodgers album is covers of Muddy Waters songs, but Muddy and Wilie played together I think. Freddy may have recorded it too, but if he did it must have been a cover version.

@recordnmusicman You may well be correct however, I have a very old vinyl LP of Freddy Kings which has Woman Across The Water, I'd Rather Be Blind, I'm Ready amongs others which I bought in the states recorded around late 70' it does not credit Muddy as the writer.

May is just doing his signature multi-layering of his guitar for the effect.
