I recall Donald Redford (the leading expert on Akhenaten), E. Yamauchi, K. A. Kitchen and Michael S. Heiser rejecting any connection in their works. I challenge you to name a single Egyptologist holding an academic position at any university who holds the belief Akhenaten genesised Jewish monotheism.
