I'm normally not a fan of country music but this song really hits home. I'm now officially a Waycross fan. Semper Fi.

I cry every time I hear this song. My cousin LCPL Kristopher Cody Warren was shot and killed over there 2 years ago this past November. Just a week before Thanksgiving. He was 19.

God made the better ones to play football and serve his country. This song reminds me of a man that went to school with me. He is a 19 year old kid that played semi-pro football and went to war in Iraq right in the middle of his season...God grant that there will always be men like that.
