  • I'm gonna do this tomorrow! The snow isn't too deep here in Wisconsin right now, but I'm going to test out the trails like this. The scenery in this video is awesome too.

  • wow... i absolutely LOVE your video's!! keep them coming!

  • Tim...........this is one of my favorite videos by you! It inspires me every time! :)

  • Got outrunning this morning snow is about 10 inches in depth it felt great! I found a snowmobile trail to run on I guess that is cheating!

  • @partyman6666 thats pretty hardcore lol... I live in the south and we get snow once in a blue moon, but quite a bit this year.

  • I've been doing deep snow running for years! Great GREAT workout, nothing really compares when you factor in the cold, the snow resistance, and the fact that there is almost no momentum carryover between strides. Just got back from a 4.2 mile run now through snow 22" deep snow @ an 8:53 pace, and I'm frickin BEAT but feel great. It's so peaceful out there in the woods, and it's nice having a unique hobby that almost nobody else participates in.

  • Good video; I've been doing the same, but instead doing sprints in the snow, very good exercise.

  • I just ran 1 mile in snow deeper than that and it really kicked my ass. Running in snow is so much harder.

  • 3 years ago it snowed about 3 feet in my town

  • haha I do that shit too but I run in asics gel arctic with spikes, not that they help you much though
