One of Philadelphia's most beloved citizen's surprisingly died on Monday while preparing to announce the Phillies game in Washington later that day. His amazing talent as an announcer for the Phillies, NFL films and earlier on, Notre Dame has made him famous nationally. But that was dwarfed by his incredible humility, kindness and generosity which had endeared him to the whole city of Brotherly Love. To say that he will be greatly missed is a huge understatement. The comments he made in an interview we did for our film "The Curse of William Penn" showed his unbelievable passion and tremendous understanding of Philly Fans.
