"Hey! You Got Balls", a New Creative Meatball Cookbook by
Annette Leeds

From the kitchen of Chef Annette Leeds, she brings us the most mouth watering meatball recipes ranging from delicious Grilled Eggplant Mozzarella Balls to crispy Twice Baked Southern Corn Balls in her new cookbook Hey! You Got Balls. Published in September 2009, she is working on her third cookbook. Her second cookbook; Corny! will arrive by Christmas 2009 on Amazon where you can find Hey! You Got Balls.
One night at a dinner party, she had made Italian meatballs and also her famous Arrancini balls. One of the guests asked if there were any more meatballs. Being the good host, she served her guest an Italian meatball. The guest replied, "Oh, I already had two of those meatballs, I wanted the other ball." That night "Hey, You got Balls" cookbook title was created.
A gregarious cook with the most talented and inventive proportions, Annette is a California native but has incorporated taste and epicurean delights from around the world. You can discover new creative recipes or learn to cook delectable dishes for the first time. What will she think of next?

  • how do you live with yourself . . . . . pb&j really? also rename the the book . . . "Hey! I Got Ball"

  • You know, being in the "food business" I've seen a lot of things, not only is this video disturbing by the sound of your voice and the way you speak of things you know little about, but the ending of it this video makes me what to throw up those Chicken Fried Steak Balls you speak of.

I'm sorry to say, I hope I'm not asked to judge again this year, you'll be sorry of the out come!
