I created this small tutorial for those who don´t know this technique.
If you master it, it is fun to do your own 3D photos. All you need to do is to take two pictures of the same scene with an offset of about eye distance. For things that are far away you can increase the distance. Also works with video.

Impressive 3D images I stumbled upon recently:

Prepared for parallel and cross eye viewing.

I heard before someone say that the trick is to look into the distance instead... But it made no sense to me, so I kept using this method. But now I managed to look into the distance... And it's so much better o.o Like, the image is much better and my eyes are simply relaxed o.o

These are two different techniques. You can also do parallel eye on this one of course, but then everything will be reverse. Things in front will appear in the back and vice versa. The pictures would have to change places.

This is only a cross viewing image, not parallel viewing. Most of the problems can be solved anyway by adjusting the distance to the screen. Normallly crosseye allows being closer.

FRIENDS.. THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.. JUST PLACE UR FINGER IN BETWEEN THESE DOTS AND FOCUS THE TIP OF UR FINGER..SLOWLY MOVE UR FINGER TOWARDS UR FACE, U CAN SEE THE TEO DOTS COINCIDES EACH OTHER AND SUDDENLY YOU ENTERS TO A MAGICAL 3D WORLD, BE PATIENT AND STAY ON THAT STATE WITH FOCUS AND THE SECOND MAGIC.. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LOOK AT ANY OF THE FLYING PARTICLES BUT STILL IT WILL BE IN A 3D EFFECT.. ACTUALLY OUR BRAIN CAN DEVELOP THESE KINDS OF ABILITY IF U TRY.. SO ENJOY

I'm lucky I can do it perfectly and if I don't move, I can look at it for some minutes before getting tired.
