I know you use a lot of natural products. Can you help identify gluten free make up, shampoo/conditioner, hair products. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and gluten does a number on my system. You are wonderful about identifying great products...can you please help...

@myfairytaletreasures Hi, we can relate! Here are some shampoos & conditioners that are safe and also gluten free: Dessert Essence Organics, Head, Hugo Naturals & Lavera.. They all perform well..Lavera also has some great cosmetic products that are also GF. We're working on a post to answer a lot of ?'s for celiac's.....also stay clear of fragrance which often contains gluten (amongst other things like pthalates, etc.) xo

What kind of hair products do you use? I just got a sample from my local health food store called North american Hemp Co. shampoo and serum , l'm looking at the ingredients for the serum and it says mineral oil, Have heard its bad for hair and skin ? Is that true? You look so beautiful in the video :) God bless you and your family :)

@ladysmithrose That's a great question, so glad you asked. Mineral oil is a synthetic petrochemical which is cheap to use and has no nutritional value. They could use other oils which would actually nourish the hair, but probably chose not to, in order to maximize profits. Even though it was found at a health food store, we don't believe it's worth consuming. There are other great options out there that we would recommend spending your money on. Thank you so much! My ten year old is also a celiac and she is in constant term oil with products just like I am. We both love your videos! We have tried so many of your hairstyles and makeup tips. It's wonderful to be able to have someone like you show her how to create wonderful hairstyles. I won't let her makeup though..well sheer lipgloss and a bronzer on occasion. We really appreciate you!
