This was a unit that I'd installed in my house in Houston. When it failed, it was replaced with a non-Fisher&Paykel machine. I had this one shipped to me. It's a double disher drawer and both had issues. One drawer had a pump problem and the other gave me an error message (shown in the video). I looked up some repair places in the Twin Cities (listed below), but ended up selling this unit to someone on CraigsList.

F3 not too bad, F1 and if your not home or sleeping, you are F1'd. Yes the most expensive dishdrawer is seen in "Fisher Paykel Best Use". If you have one, cut a hole underneath and use a steel or fiberglass shower drain, save thousands on repairs. With every open and closing, of your pretty drawer, the damp, moist, heat, and movement of the interior hoses is why one large door opening with no movement of internal mechanics works, the standard for 50 years. So simple, check Epinions also..
