Battlefield 3: IRNV Scope

The IRNV scope or infrared night vision scope comes in extremly handy when fighting infantry at short to medium range. It's also exceptionally good at identifying camping infantry or highlighting them in cover. As a bonus it also shows up objects, such as medi-packs ammo-packs and mines....oh, vehicles also glow too!

@aTastyCookie it uses heat signatures, it doesnt have to be night to use it. not to mention if youre getting your ass handed to you with it, then use it yourself. unless you dont have it unlocked....

@aTastyCookie i use this but only because console graphics are shitty and i have to play on 576p on the ps3 because wheater the developers of bf3 can't code on ps3 or the ps3 can't handle it (more likely bf3 devs being gay because ps3 is faster than xbox and xbox has no problem

to bad when you use it now even on the darkest maps its a blur, this thing actually use to be helpful

It still works fine in my opinion, it's less at range but who cares really? If someone's taking over your flag it still works wonders to see where they're hiding before you move in.

@arceusex you can put it on any primary weapon, it typically unlocks at 100 kills. Though for sniper rifles it's still only a 1x zoom and it doesn't work well at range, which totally defeats the point.
