Mahaakaarunikaaya is Great Ocean Body; apprehending listed deities is not an accurate translation of dhara dhara, dhiri dhiri, etc. You glossed over 'pracale kusume kusume vare ili mili citjvala . . .' Translation is nboth incomplete and inaccurate, even though it's lifted from printed material. We cannot rely on others to uncover the truth; we have to do it for ourselves.

@StarSmileDust You are right; it is a dialect. She is chanting in 'hybrid Sanskrt' which is Sanskrt corrupted into another language. Bikhsuni Drolma is singing Tibetanized Sanskrt.
