SPEEDBALL FIRE FIGHT Kelowna: The big speedball tournament is coming to Salmon Arm BC in two weeks with more than 70 teams representing BC, Alberta and Washington State. International tournament, who will emerge victorious?
Speedball? We just saw it on the movie 'Failure to Launch' and not only is this event fun but its organized so there are safety precautions in place. You need special equipment and when I asked to film from where I could be in the line of fire, one of the guys let me use his eye and face shield. Even at the side I took 2 hits, one in the abdomen and one on the side of my head. No big deal.
The event is fun and the paint balls are biodegradable so its environmentally safe. We are going to try to make it Salmon Arm for the tournament.

Oh paintball. I thought it was that game where have to throw the ball at them and hit them below the waist. There was a film with it starring that Vince someone. I think Vaughn. Ex boyfriend of Jennifer Aniston. Poor Joe got shot. Is it a league structure thing?. I hope it didnt hurt. Your lucky if hit your head wasnt your eyes. It can blind you know.

@bylhamclarabella It's different from paintball, but the guys would have to explain that. Joe's not hurt. That's why the guys insisted he wear the goggles. Everyone had the proper equipment to participate. cindy
