13) Getting Up from a Backbend
14) Not wrapping in jumps

Footwork can contain many different elements. Some are simple, some are more complicated. This video takes you through one simple footwork sequence and one complicated footwork sequence, step-by-step with tips from me. A little like Expert Village, but in more detail.

Some of the tips in the video may not work for you, and my videos are not a magic formula to make you good at skating. Attempt what you wish at your own risk, but consulting a coach is encouraged. If you really do wish to teach yourself jumps (which I can't complain about really, because it is what I did,) then feel free, but learning them in this order would work best:

Waltz Jump
Salchow
Toe Loop
Loop
Flip
Lutz
I REALLY ENCOURAGE TO CONSULT A COACH BEFORE THE NEXT JUMPS:
Axel
Double Salchow
etc.

thank you it was interesting and relaxed my nerves. although i really want to know the footwork sequence thing where you do a small spin and it looks like your foot is going over your head and moving back down with a three turn(not positive its a 3 turn either...) . ALSO DOES THIS HAVE A NAME!! its driving my crazy lol
