@undeadpresident lol okay, yeah... when someone judges another person based on a genetic pattern and makes a decision based on that judgement which is hurtful to the other person then yes that isn't right... but that's NOT what I was saying.

@undeadpresident and you are sitting there saying this because I suggested looking at different people involved in the same problem because science suggests that psychopaths, the people most of us look at to the cause of the problem, can't be treated... using the word "judged" or "prejudice" would only hold some water if what I said was meant to harm others but it isn't and that's why you need to read what I say properly just as I have with you. Psychopaths don't behave very well either btw.

@undeadpresident Yeah, how would you like it if you where a psychotic killer and people judged you with science, that's just not fair. Oh and behaviour is any different is it? So who's to say how many actions and to what degree we monitor from people for before we judge them? I never said that we should treat people differently! I suggested that we should simply turn our attention to people who follow the likes of people who very likely can't *currently* be changed, hardly prejudice. Read much?

Who is to say you don't have one of those genetic markers, then we should treat you differently just because there is a correlation based on some studies which don't even skim the surface as to why such correlations exist in the first place, and never will be able to. Your reasoning is dangerously flawed.

@undeadpresident oh it is different because firstly these sorts of people don't really deserve that sort of seat when they think that they can take the lives of others which is inhumane for ya and secondly the genetic markers I'm talking about are strong correlation's between brain activity patterns and psychopaths... certainty is out of the question, we can only make assumptions to the most planned degree that we can and so far are best assumption is that they're currently untreatable. so???
