@ensemblelaurasoave E' vero, è vero. Probabilmente a volte conta soprattutto quale interpretazione si sia ascoltata per prima: ci si abitua a quella e le altre sembrano inferiori. Pareri soggettivi a parte, non riesco a credere che il primo movimento fosse, ai tempi, così veloce.
Ma anche qui... be', ci vorrebbe una macchina del tempo.
Perciò modifico la frase: "Troppo veloci per i miei gusti".

Beautiful. The first movement is probably my favourite out of the whole set of the Avison/Scarlatti arrangements. His use of textures is so advanced and innovative. An outstanding performance too, I like the fact the harpsichord drops out in the 3rd movement, but why is there no continuo supporting the concertino? The chitarre would be perfect for that.
