What happen to Beng Hock,Kugan, and the 1803 people who died whilst in Malaysia Police Custody has blacken the good name of Malaysia all over the World.
No civilised Country will tolerate such high number of deaths in detention.
Its going on because No Action has been taken against these officers.
Our Ministers seem to be busy with other more 'lucrative ' deals.
Hopefully with YB Hishammuddin ,things will change has he seem sincere to want to stop these torture and killing
