It's not worth it to try to use multiple OOMAs, they weren't designed for small businesses, use a real VOIP solution is RingCentral, I didn't get paid to tell you this, they just have really amazing service so I thought I'd let you know.
You can use multiple ooma devices as multiple lines. You add the second ooma device to your account and it can have a separate number or use the existing number. However, you wont be able to use the ooma handsets; you will have to connect the ooma devices to a multi-line phone.
for some it does (I have heard.)

I appreciate your advice. Because It's True, I tried it. it doesn't work with business. (cc terminals, etc)
