these vaulters suck. at my school soccer players arent allowed to practice till were done. who needs balls. girls want poles. soccer players have no poles. go shove it up their asses and vault.

awwww, your school has so many people on your pole vault squad. mine is just me and 1 other girl. as far as your jumps... eh keep working at it!! my freshman year I only did 7 and now I'm a senior and I go 14'6

i jumped higher then that my 7th grade year, just saying also everything's bigger in texas. But all in all i hope you guys get better work on you take off drills and eventually all the rest will come alot easier, eventually it takes time.
