That's my son and yes he is 19 at that time and natural. Well I am also a bodybuilder and his dad also. Pushups are done like that to pump up not like u were training.

@foxmx122 Before a competition mots bodybuilders dehydrate themselves, this makes there skin tight and thus the muscles look more pronounced. But yes, drinking water is good... :)

They eat sugar foods and dont drink water so there skin tight, then get the blood pumping and put oil on they have to time this to make them look at there best when there at there weakest.
