I have been trying to find more information about this mantra but can't seem to find anything online. May I ask where you got it from, Laura? Namaste.
-
I have been told that when we chant these mantras, one should sit in padmasana with yoga mudra and chant.

Thank You So Much For Sharing This Knowledge. May Lord Krishna Bless You

@deeptrancenow is this mantra recommended for 108 recitations?

Need bit more improvement in pronunciation to feel the sound waves of this mantra to heal and make "lam for muscles, vam for fat, ram for blood, yam for plasma, ksham for mind, ham for prana, sam for reproductive" more powerfull.
Thank you saurabh to post the meaning of this mantra.

Matangi is one of Ten Mahavidyas - feminine aspects of universal energy / shakti - sometimes represented as 10 aspects of Durga, though each aspect having her own unique attributes. "Swaha" is an expression used commonly at the end of mantras and yagna ceremonies (fire ceremonies / offerings) and can be liberally translated as "I offer". In some mantras it is used instead of "Namah" by people who are over 29 years old.

INDEED!
CS is required on both parts. I was requesting to give the SOURCE OF THE MANTRAS nothing MORE THAN THAT!
ISN'T that cs factor as well?

You have made a statement that mantras come from Vedas, in which case the source of mantras would be Vedas - no?
That's true except when it isn't, because there are Tantric mantras which are different than Vedic mantras, and then there are mantras that are associated with different kinds of sutras and which again may not be part of the Vedas.
If you are asking what is the name of the Rishi / seer associated with this particular mantra - I have no idea - I just know that the mantra works.

A VERY POLITE REQUEST!
Definitely these MANTRAS are NOT OUR creation. They come from VEDAS.
kindly post the source and not just claim them to be ones own creation.
Before chanting this mantra
one should say || OM GURUVE NAMAH|| and then proceed with a deep breadth

To avoid any misunderstanding, Laura De Giorgio is the creator of the above video - not of the Sanskrit Mantras.
