What's even more amazing is how that defensive player ran across the field to prevent the touchdown.

@nolabhoy53 The 49ers ran this exact play today against the Rams. In the pros the rules are that the player has to have been on the field for the previous play, and he has to not leave the field, and then he has to come back inside the numbers, but then he can line up anywhere he wants. Not sure about the college rules, but the comment about attending the huddle being required is not true, otherwise there would be no such thing as a no-huddle offense.
