I Vouch for Dave (Letterman vs Sarah Palin)

Outrage against David Letterman this week for telling a joke about Sarah's Palin's daughter getting knocked up by NY Yankee Alex Rodriguez was a little overblown and even trumped up as I show in this video.

If it was well known that her younger daughter was at the game and only her younger daughter then yes, it is a bit tasteless.

But if its an obvious reference to her older daughters public antics then no. (I don't really know since I'm not American, but I'm guessing by that mag cover that she's been in the news).

@gyco7 ...people who hold public office are still referred to by what office they held after they leave. That is why Sarah Palin is called governor. That is why Bill Clinton is still called president at times. As is George Bush and Carter. It's protocol. People are supposed to quit current office/job when they run for a higher office. Most do. Obama was a senator for 148 days I think before he QUIT. Gotta be fair sweetie.
