Great film for it's time, I was 11 when I saw it, and thought, it had wee tiny eliments of nightmare on elm street in it!!!! It was and even now is a bit geeky. espcally where pauls friend trys til get everyone til look at BB when there was no one there!!

Pardon me if I get a little technical here.
She's not a robot, exactly. She's technically a cyber-zombie in that her dead body has been reanimated by the implantation of a computer chip in her brain. The grainy vision is how the chip is interpreting the signals from her eyes. Because her higher brain functions have ceased, she's operating on pure computer logic without moral considerations, along with a subconscious desire for revenge.
It's a fun movie.

It was from 1986 and it had a really cool storyline idea
