This film was so touching. Hachi used to go wait for his owner to return from work at the train station every day. One day his owner collapsed at work, and never made it to meet his dog. Hachi returned to the station every day for the next nine years to wait.. hoping his owner would return.

It really is sad to say that dogs really are very loyal to the alpha person that takes care of them. they're always happy to see their human and likes to stay always beside them inside or outside the home. They will always check you out throught the window when you leave them for work and check back the window waiting for you to comeback. I believe that there is a hachi with every dog in our lives. They really are a man's best friend no matter what.

It;s watching things like this that makes me so angry when I think about people who torture and mistreat dogs. I say dogs in particular because they are so loyal and loving like this and only ask for love in return. I cried my eyes out watching this knowing that it's true and it seriously breaks my heart to think of how people could abuse dogs when they are full of so much love and would risk their lives for us....how many people could love so unconditionally?? :'((
