I would like to see of a more harder Abe work out, maybe a full 20 min hard work. I still feel like I have not worked out my abs hard enough

i love this workout!!! this is my second time i just have one concern, i find this very challenging when im doing it but my abs dont hurt the next day am o doing something wrong or do i allready have a strong core (ive been doing your videos for a couple months now nd my abs used to rely hurt aftr but now they barely hurt at all) any suggestions plz?:)

this was perfect! I've been doing your full ten minute ab one, and the first day I was sore for two days. Two weeks later of working our regularly and doing that one every now and then, I'm not sore the next day! Had to step it up.

love it! i've done it once before and i was more sore than i've ever been in my life, no joke! it was a little easier this time around though, i honestly love this ab workout! although, i'd love to see one that focuses on the entire core section- the front, sides, and back. i felt like i was ignoring the sides/back :)
