@64canadian Listen to a lot of 80's stuff again man, there's drug use , swearing and sex in there, it's just generally less obvious because government censorship was stronger back then as well as strict internal censorship by the music publishing industry, so any references to forbidden things had to be more clever and coded, but it WAS there and has always been there since ancient folk songs, to sea-shanties to the early Jazz and blues music in the 1920s.

Wow! The last time I remember this song playing I was soaking up the warm summer rays along side a few beautiful girls from "Phili" on the beaches of Wildwood, NJ. Of course the song was playing on my "boom" box cassette player after I just bought the cassette from the boardwalk for about 10 bucks. If I remember correctly, we all went to the movies on the boardwalk that night to see "Back to the Future". I will forever cherish those memories.
