There is a deffinate role that groups like Blackwater can fullfill BUT they do need to be regulated and be held more accountable for their actions. As they are a private company the company can prosecute but if the government regulated them then they could become very handy.

Black Water the most universaly despised company in the world who is so hated they have to keep changing their name every year. Now their called Xe. The joke within the company is that don't bother washing your uniform, just throw it out when it gets dirty because the company just changed it's name again.
