  • @lenny1922 So true! The increasing prevalence of morbid obesity is something that has to be taken seriously because it imposes a major risk factor for numerous dangerous and lethal illnesses. People need to start regarding the importance of weight loss in its proper context, which is decreasing obesity-associated morbidity and mortality, and hence has very little to do with aesthetics.

  • The thing is, people r more indiscrec when they talk 'bout obessity! we have underweight, eating desorders, bulimic, among others cuz people is trautized with being fat.! being fat is not the problem, the real problem is the stupid pattern of the perfect woman/man the society gave us.! I'm not saying being fat is being healthy but lets be honest we actually don't judge fat ppl cuz they're unhealthy we judge them cause of how they look.! but think why don't we say the same thing about akinny ppl?

  • @lazytower1 Thankyou for sharing , I bet you're beautiful <3 never let somebody tell you different.

  • we shouldn't change, we don't have to change..lets just stay fat!

  • @missjemg Obesity gets a ton of attention. Look at all of the commercials for weight watchers and jenny craig! When have you ever seen a commercial offering help for someone with anorexia or bulimia? Eds are so ignored. Having bulimia is probably be the worst disease you could have, much worse than most cases of obesity. And for many people with EDs it's not about being fat. It's about control and psychological issues. Unfortunately many don't know this b/c few pay enough attention to it.

  • I have a disease called PCOS, which makes it harder for me to loose weight, and that sucks. Being overweight will ruin your life. It's been ruining my teen years, and I just can't seem to loose the weight. I'm not only in bad shape, but being overweight has put me through a lot of verbally abuse and bullying. I'm struggling with masjor depressive disorder, and have to use medications for it because I'm suicidal. I also cut, as a way of expressing shame of my own body.

  • a healthful diet, physical activity, etc.

  • I believe that there is nothing wrong with loving your body if you're big, especially if you want to improve it. After all, why would you change something that you didn't love and find beautiful? That's how I look at it. I am starting to love my body even though I am not the thinnest person in the world but at the same time I am trying to get healthier. It's possible to do both. And I find that it's easier to start out not thinking about health in terms of weight, but rather in terms of

  • @missjemg Being fat is not about aesthetics to those of us who are not 15. I couldn't care less how a person treats him or herself, each to their own (though obese people completely disregard the feelings of their family and friends, who will lose their loved one to some terminal illness caused by obesity). My problem is people eating too much and polluting the Earth. Each fat person shouldn't consume 5 times the resources a normal human needs. Especially in times of overpopulation.

  • cant believe they cancelled this show!

    i was soo pissed off!

alister and his cat impression had me in tears LOL
