How does the client know what information is important to tell the stylist before getting the relaxer? When does a stylist tell a client who wants to get a relaxer on their hair that they should not or cannot because of the damage that it will cause to the hair? What does a stylist do for a client who has overprocessed hair but wants their hair relaxed? AND

you're an idiot. That's why they have warnings: If you're stressed of course, you're gonna have some problems, that's with ANY product you use. There's no perfect way to get straight hair or to get rid of certain symptoms of any kind. It all depends on the person, which is why everything isn't made for everyone.
