step 1. find a pencil paper and a way to get pictures onto your computer

step 2. draw every position out

step three 3. get the drawings onto your computer

step 4. put them in order with a video making program or something

animating through manual drawing is a long-long-long process... you draw for 5 minutes for an eye, then another 5 to make it go a little bit to the left, then another 5 for it to go all the way to the left, and that five minute is just for the eye... imagine if you are going to do an animation of a girl playing in the garden with a lots to see....
