FPS: With Fraps - 30fps (intentionally lowered), Without Fraps - Constant 60fps (V-sync On, 30fps on very few occassions), Without Fraps: 70-120fps (V-sync Off, depends on location).

All settings on Highest with 1920x1080 resolution.

@billmorf1 it often depends on youre computer, i had to tone down some graphics, but certain graphic oprions are more important than others. like you can have a low resolution and other things on high, or high resolution and low on other things. experiment
