  • @elderandre You damn mormons need to read you doctrines. Doctrines and covenants states that god was once a man, as we are now, and that he became exalted into godhood. History of the church states that preisthood is a prerequisite for exaltation. PRIESTHOOD IS TRYING TO ATTAIN SOMETHING MORE THAN THE AVERAGE CHRISTIAN, THROUGH WORKS! YOUR WORKS DO NOTHING!

  • I find it interesting and telling that God would not reveal the correct pronunciation of His name unto Jo Smith...

  • @Millipedecult hahahaha you're so funny ^_^ I'm sorry your theory is ridiculous. Read more my friend and learn. your statement is no where to be found. tsktsktsktsk. have pity on yourself

  • Thank oh so much for the information. Mormons can be really confusing when they try to manipulate the bible to fit their beliefs.

  • @elderandre Seriously? Your not even going to consider his evidence? This is completely true, and your the one who direly look after false religion. YOULL NEVER BECOME A GOD, BECAUSE BEFORE GOD THERE WAS NO GOD, NOR WILL THERE BE ANOTHER GOD FORMED AFTER HIM.

  • What a smart man but it doesn't fit right. You are not a Mormon that's why you make false doctrine. All the things you've read are true but all your explanations are ridiculous, it's not the Mormon doctrine. IT IS YOUR DOCTRINE . Remember God needs a humble man not a wise and pride person like you.

  • I like how this guy asserts to interpret the biblical view of the nature of God as incomprehensible, and then sites greek philosophers to back him up on his beliefs. Trinitarianism views on the nature of God have their roots in neo-platonism. That's more heretical most of what Mormon's profess anyways. :P

  • Burakale7,

The other thing to think about is that God's truth, even of an LDS person seems like they aren't listening or even rejecting outright...it will penetrate...

It might have to percolate for years....but it's never gone... :)

Besides...when God's truth is proclaimed..He's glorified (even if another person never responds) and that's enough for me to keep speaking it! :)

  • You must be an exmormon to say this, or atleast have dealt with many of them, that you know their twisted logic from a psychological point of view. This is how I use to be, but believe it or not I was actually more open minded than a lot of members. The fact that I am a person that by nature deals with facts, I could not ignore the obvious fact the church is historically inaccurate. I can't believe that they even dare try to prove why joseph smith wasnt wrong about the book of abraham.
