Has not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor? What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had before prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he has called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? As he says also in Hosea, I will call them my people, who were not my people; and her beloved, who was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, You are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. Isaiah also cries concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth. And as Isaiah said before, Except the Lord of hosts had left us a descendant, we had been as Sodom, and been made like unto Gomorrah. What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith. But Israel, who followed after the law of righteousness, has not attained to the law of righteousness. Why? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumbling stone; As it is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock of offense: and whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed.

God's election is Christocentric. It isn't difficult. Jesus is the Chosen one and just as we are sons of God by virtue of our union with the Son of God, we are chosen by virtue of our union with the Chosen one.

On the contrary, Jesus is pointing out how CALLOUS & Obstinant the Jews were in comparison to the sinners of S&G..
God is NOT a respector of persons, He doesn't create some to be unelect to burn forever, neither does He create some inevitably to be Elect to inherit Eternal Life.

@apollos6640 In Matthew 11:23 Jesus is talking and rebuking various people for their unbelief, and He says, “For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.”
This is a clear text telling us what it would have taken to save S&G,and so it is that God knows exactly what it will take to turn everyone's heart,but He only chooses to turn the hearts of the elect.We are told what could have been,but wasn't.

A perfect example of Middle Knowledge is found in 1 Sam.23:10-13

1st, nobody needs to twist what you say, it's already twisted into a pretzel - all that's required is to expose it & to untwist the verses you rip from the bible trying to support such lunacy. 2nd, "God inhabits eternity" doesn’t even REMOTELY say all things are predetermined or God selects certain people & forces them to be saved while denying salvation to others! All you've shown is the massive reality break that Calvinism involves!
