Sinema purnama adalah kumpulan 4 cerita tentang romance yang dijahit menjadi satu kesatuan. Dunia Paruh Waktu menceritakan tentang Arman, penghobi foto, yang dengan kamera analog pemberian tunangannya, Rani, dapat time travel ke masa lalu. Kiosk adalah dialogue driven movie yang menceritakan percakapan sorang penulis, Bagas, dengan temannya, Dorinda, dimana mereka mengupas arti cinta, relationship, dan bermain dengan batasan persahabatan dan kasih sayang. Dongeng Ksatria mengisahkan Gibran, anak berumur 10 tahun, yang ditantang oleh geng kompleks nya, The Last Boys, untuk masuk ke rumah kosong, dan kemudian terpental ke dimensi lain. Film terkahir, Sinema Purnama, adalah sebuah komedi satir tentang Ahmad yang mengadakan festival film islam sebagai bentuk jihad. Karena film-film yang dipilihnya cenderung keras tidak ada yang mau datang. Penonton satu-satunya, Mbak Sari, lalu turun tangan untuk membenahi festival ini.
