The point here must be the "divide and conquer" tactic applied to the media, where doses of pro and con indoctrination are applied in ways that plays people against each other.
To those who thinks it is about "blacks vs. whites" in regards of who are violent and barbaric, I think it is a failed crusade to boast that white folks are all that innocent and never did anything bad. Very much failed.
The splinter in someone else's eye and the beam in your own and so on and so forth.
