Family of Beaten Girl: Why Is This Happening?

Josie Lou Ratley, a 15-year-old who was brutally beaten at her Florida school, remains in critical condition. Her family is asking how such an incident could happen and wants parents to talk to their children about it. (March 19)

IMO Kayla Manson IS THE PERSON who borrowed the

cell phone of her "best friend" (Josie Ratley); used

the phone to send offensive texts to Wayne Treacy;

& then (even after Wayne noted to Kayla & others

that he planned to beat Josie, someone he never

met, to death over the texts)-- Kayla Manson then

pointed poor Josie out to Wayne at the girl's school

Kayla Manson is a SOCIO-PATH; a drama queen;

an attention-seeking liar; a co-attempted murderer

this girl symbolizes a shitload of what is wrong with the culture at our schools. she didnt deserve to be attacked, but i cant say that i feel all that much sympathy for her. she knew she was fucking with him badly, and really didnt give a shit about his ptsd or serious emotional issues. her parents are assholes for ignoring the root of the fucking incident too.

@broon8491 Actually, you can't say that she was the one who sent the text messages and further more the guy had to ask who she was when he got to the campus. He did it because he didn't know her. If it was someone he'd known he would've never beat them like that. He wanted to take out his anger and she got caught up in it. I don't believe she did it. I think it was her friend. After all, she's the one who willingly pointed out the girl, meaning she knew what the hell was going on from the start

That's assuming that she sent the texts. I think it was her bestfriend that sent the text. She said that she assumed that the boy who did this was just going to yell at her. That implies that she knew what the hell was going on and still pointed out her friend. That girl probably didn't know what was going on when he hit her. So, her bestriend has a lot that she isn't telling. I feel bad for the victim, but the boy was in the wrong. He did it because he didn't know her and he didn't care.
