Proof of concept for my water tank volume measurement device. This will be used to measure the amount of water in a 5,500 gallon cistern built into my basement. It will be connected to my home network so I can find out how much water I have from any web browser, and receive e-mail notifications when the level is low enough that I need to order more.

  • Hey i am doing a project using the same items. But mine is a flood barrier. Hows your programming like?

  • Interested in any advances in your project - I am doing almost exactly the same !! I have the XL-Maxsonar EZ4 already and have started playing around with it.

  • Great presentation, I like seeing this use of the MB1240 XL MaxSonar EZ4 ultrasonic range finder from MaxBotix Inc.

  • Well done on your proof of concept. Any progress on this project? Am interested

  • well done!
