This short video clip is in Chinese and is part of a series of promotional videos showing how a mobile unit does a Quick Battery Exchange (QBEX) for Kandi's KD5010 EV in Jinhua China. While the audio will not be understandable by most, the video seems quite clear in expressing what is going on. (Kandi is listed on Nasdaq-KNDI). However it does speak of three QBEX stations now open, three more to follow by year end.
Aside from seeing an actual mobile exchange in a parking lot, other views show an internal shot of the batteries in the mobile van, overnight charging racks for the KD50xx low profile batteries and building interior shots show the offices of the "Three Parties", State Grid, Kandi and Battery maker, Tianneng Power, that have developed Quick Battery Exchange in JInhua. (State Grid is China's largest electric utility covering 88% of China and over a billion people. It is also the seventh largest Corporation in the world according to Fortune Magazine)
