  • Thank you Chuck for posting your good bye to Rob, I think we fans get so caught up in what we feel, we sometimes don't realize that you guys that perform have lost a friend. I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend, Rob, and one of our musical icons.

  • @djalsurdi67 His son was 39, almost 40 years old when he passed. He died 11 months before Rob. So sad, but they are together now, making beautiful music. Christian was a drummer :)

  • Chuck, you are an inspiration and such a gentlman! RIP Rob, and Happy Birthday up in Heaven today!!! Kisses being sent up there from down here in Chicago ;(

  • I never new rob lost his only son to cancer, What age was his son anyone know when that happend? Rob you will be missed, R.I.P Rob Grill.

  • Hey Chuck. yes Rob will be missed. Grassroots had a great sound but not as good as...Three Dog Night.. your vocals just knocked me out!

  • I saw The Grass Roots in Detroit many years ago. What an excellent show. Entertainers of this quality haven't been around for a while. I really miss them. Thank you very much for sharing. Remember that there are people everywhere in the world thinking about you and loving what you do. Peace.

  • thanks for sharing Chuck! Wishing you all life's best! "One" day at a time!

  • So sorry to hear about Rob passing away. And, sorry to hear that you lost a friend, a buddy and we lost a music Icon. There'll never be another!

  • Rob Grill was a great entertainer he will be missed. It's never easy losing someone. In times like this we all need to rely on God's strength. Thank You Chuck for this great tribute to a wonderful person.

  • Nice song.
