Not true. You can clearly hear the word "Camera" in the background before the men drop the stunt grenade. Did it not raise any suspicion as to why would anybody exclaim "camera!" while the "fishermen" pose as if for a shot? Perhaps because this is a move set? Surprise-surprise!
