Nothing will change until we take the right to print money back from the Federal Reserve cooperation and give it back to the government. The Constitution says only Congress shall coin money. These people have used the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 to buy up all the Cooperations and take over the world. The Bible referred to these guys as "Money Changers" Lincoln and JFK tried to end the Federal Reserve but they were killed before they got it done. Ron Paul 2008!!!
It was not a smart comment by McCain. He may have been referring to Clinton (though I'm not so sure) but he made it seem like he may have been attacking Bush.
You can tell at the end of the clip McCain knew he was opening himself up for a soundbite or an attack as he looked down almost to say to himself "Dammit!". But I doubt any attack will result of it...
We've only had four governors who have gone on to be president since FDR: Bush, Clinton, Reagan, and Carter. So whichever side of the aisle you're on, that's a mixed bag. It's ridiculous to assume he's attacking the current president.
