The people who are pro-ana tend to not be real anorexics. When I was at my worst, I weighed 86lbs and was 5'6". Despite loving how little I could eat in comparison to everyone else at that time in my life, I would never have recommend extreme diets to anyone because they made me so freaking miserable. Anorexia strips you of your well-being and your social life, and I can't express how happy I am to be away from the hideous cycle of starvation...
